Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide students with the best possible music instruction and prepare them to be lifelong music lovers as well as informed patrons of music. Through modern, standards based instruction and assessment, students will get opportunities to experience music through demonstration, individual attention, hands-on experience, as well as peer interaction.

Our expectation and hope for each student is that through the experience of band at Ooltewah Middle School they will become passionate about learning music and continue their music education into high school band and beyond.
