Chromebook Help

For students with broken or malfunctioning devices:

  1. Try troubleshooting on your own using these tips.

  2. Please fill out the OMS Student Chromebook Help Ticket form.

  3. If school is in session, Ms. Hartigan, our Library Media Specialist, will find you and get your Chromebook.  If available, you will receive a loaner Chromebook. You will keep your charger and Chromebook case.  DO NOT LEAVE CLASS TO SEARCH FOR A LOANER!!!

  4. If school is not in session, you will need to make an appointment to drop off your Chromebook.  Depending on availability, you may or may not receive a substitute device.

  5. You will be notified once your device is repaired.
